Delete my account

You can delete your Novgov account and all associated data at any time, free of charge.

In the game (immediate)

1. Open Novgov, tap PLAY ONLINE and sign in.
2. Open the MANAGE tab and, at the bottom, tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm with YES, DELETE FOREVER: your account and its data are erased right away.

By email

1. Email contact@novgov.com from your account's email address, with the subject “Delete my Novgov account”.
2. Include your username in the message.
3. We confirm the deletion by email within 30 days at most (usually much sooner).

If you no longer have access to that email address, write to us anyway: we will ask for details to check that the account is yours.

What is deleted

• your account: email address, password, username;
• your game: Action Points, barracks and troops, sieges, battle history, reports, ranking position;
• your districts: they become free for other players.

No data from your account is kept afterwards. Only the database security backups may still contain a copy for at most 60 days, after which they are deleted automatically.

Solo mode

Solo mode uses no account: to erase the game's data on your phone, simply uninstall the app.
